DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To lead Corporate Team to drive and meet Sales target
• To lead Corporate Team to introduce and promote the hospital’s services, facilities, consultants, packages and promotions to clients i.e Corporate Company, Associations (Malay, Chinese, Indian), Hotel, Government, Bank, Pharmacy, University, Rehab and School
• To lead Corporate Team to update clients on the Hospital’s latest services, facilities, consultants, packages and promotions.
• To lead Corporate Team to conduct visits to clients’ premises
• Develop excellent networking with clients
• To maintain excellent relationships with a range of clients
• To lead Corporate Team to organize and conduct activities and programs with clients
• Prepare Department Weekly and Monthly Reports
• To lead Corporate Team to explore collaboration opportunities with clients.
• To lead Corporate Team to implement the business development activities and initiatives
• To ensure in the delivery of approved targets and strategies
• To lead Corporate Team on hospital campaigns
• To lead Corporate Team in the production and distribution of promotional materials
• Monitor competitor’s activities
• To ensure all the KPIs are achieved
• To ensure all the superior’s instructions are followed
• Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior or management.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of working experience in the related field.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
• Good command in written and spoken English.
